Automate Your Recycling Separation
LaboACE LC-7080 offers operators simple and intuitive event programming. Events such as repeating sample injection, discarding junk peaks, recycling and sample collecting can be setup easily. A new feature, Peak Detection, automatically collects samples when peaks start to show.

Multiple ways of injection
Manual injectior and Repeat injector are standard. Repeat injector is a direct auto sample loading system for large volume injection or additional same sample injection repeatedly. Optional loop injector for higher reproducibility is also available.
Peak Detection
Automatically collects samples when peaks start to show, triggered by time, peak slope and/or peak height. You will not miss collecting your target peaks.
Recycling preparative chromatograph (patented)
The system is equipped with non-diffusion recycling system (patented) that prevents the sample from running back into solvent line, baseline shifting, broadening and damaging detectors with back pressure. It protects detectors, columns and your precious samples.
Auto Cleanup Function
It cleans inside the flow channels automatically. Auto cleanup function along with the patented non-diffusion recycling system prevent system residual contamination so that you can obtain ultra pure compounds with confidence. Solvent replacement can also be made much easily.
Reliable Solvent Delivery
With more than 50 years’ experience of developing recycling technology, the system has JAI-made serial double plunger pump optimized for stable delivery and recycling performance. The recycling efficiency is greatly improved.
Right Fraction Timing
The time difference due to delay volume from sample detection to fraction is automatically calculated.
Two detectors can be fitted in the LaboACE series small body and can detect simultaneously.
